Cobiro was founded by Bo Krogsgaard and Anders Ibsen. Since 2004, Bo and Anders have been at the forefront of some of the most successful teams in online marketing and conversion, driving multimillion dollar sales growth and visitors to e-commerce sites powered by Google Ads.

Google Ads is a brilliant, but complex tool. Bo has been building online based companies since 1998 and is the brain behind Cobiro’s technology - an evolution of a platform he developed for hotel booking and price comparison engines.

Anders Ibsen, CCO / Co-Founder

Anders is a seasoned internet entrepreneur and has been working with Google and online marketing since 2002. In 2005 Anders was a member of the first team of Google Partners, graduating from Google HQ.

At Cobiro, Anders is responsible for our commercial activities. Focused on building strategic partnerships with shopping cart platforms, hosting companies and agencies.

Anders holds an MSc in Business Administration & Computer Science.

Adam Skovbæch, COO

Adam is an experienced tech leader with an impressive background in the digital advertising industry.

At Cobiro, Adam is responsible for the day-to-day running of the organization, managing resources efficiently to ensure we meet and maintain our operational goals.

Lisa M. Shalett, Former Goldman Sachs CMO & Partner

Lisa Shalett is a retired Goldman Sachs Partner, who now advises and invests in early stage companies, helps large companies and start-ups connect, and serves on public and private company boards.

Over her 20-year career at Goldman, Lisa held senior leadership roles in 5 divisions and 2 regions. Most recently she was Global Head of Brand Marketing & Digital Strategy, managing Goldman’s brand during the financial crisis; prior to that was COO of Global Compliance, Legal and Audit; and before that was Head of International Equities Sales & Trading, having begun her career on Wall Street by leveraging her Japan background.

She currently serves on several boards, including Brookfield Property Partners (NYSE: BPY), PerformLine (a private company and “Regtech” leader in marketing compliance), and a number of non-profit organizations.

Lisa earned her MBA from Harvard Business School, and BA in East Asian Studies (Japan) from Harvard University.

Brett Crosby, Co-Founder at PeerStreet

Brett Crosby is a seasoned executive with experience building both startups and large companies. He is Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of PeerStreet, an Andreessen Horowitz-backed platform for investing in real estate debt with the goal of transforming mortgage finance.

Brett was previously the Director of Product Marketing at Google where his 10-year career spanned many of Google’s most prominent products. Most notably he co-founded Google Analytics, helped start Google's mobile advertising business, ran the founding product marketing team that launched Google+ and most recently ran the global teams responsible for the dramatic growth of Chrome, Gmail, Docs, and Drive.

Before Google he co-founded Urchin Software Corporation, a web analytics service acquired by Google in 2005.

He serves on several advisory boards and actively sits on the board of directors of Dunami, a social intelligence platform. He is a frequent speaker in the media as well as at universities and conferences.

Brett graduated from the University of Southern California with degrees in International Relations and Political Science. He furthered his education with programs at Georgetown, Michigan State and Semester at Sea (run through the University of Pittsburgh). He has been published in Forbes, Fast Company, Entrepreneur and writes original content on Medium and Twitter@Brettc.

Jesper Jensen, Online Marketing Director at

Jesper Jensen is currently the Online Marketing Director at (Boozt Fashion), a leading online fashion e-commerce retailer in Scandinavia. He is responsible for leading Bootz's online marketing team, where he oversees the company's marketing strategy, execution, reporting and budget allocations in order to achieve business targets.

Jesper’s approach to marketing is focused on customer-centric and performance-oriented data.

Previously, Jesper was the Senior Digital Consultant at Telenor, and was part of the Nordic online excellence group at Telenor.

Jesper has been a part of several online startups since 1998 within the financial, real estate and e-commerce sectors.
